Help connecting a number

If you're having trouble connecting your phone number, follow these steps: 1) Verify the number isn't active with another VoIP provider. 2) Make sure you have the correct area code (e.g., 55 for Mexico City, 33 for Guadalajara). 3) Check that your account has an active plan. 4) If the number was recently acquired, wait up to 5 minutes for activation. If the issue persists, contact support with your number and the error message.

Number costs and billing

Each phone number has a flat fee of $200 MXN. This covers activation and monthly use of the number with the AI voice agent. Additional numbers are billed separately. You can view the cost breakdown in your dashboard under Settings > Billing.

Check my number's status

Reservations aren't showing in the dashboard

Refresh the page and check the date filters. If you use Google Calendar, make sure sync is active. Reservations may take up to 30 seconds to appear after being taken by the agent.

POS integration issues

Disconnect and reconnect your POS system from Integrations. Verify that the API credentials are correct. If you use Soft Restaurant, make sure you have version 2020 or higher.

I'm not receiving notifications

Check your notification settings in Account > Settings. Verify your email address is correct and check your spam folder. For WhatsApp notifications, make sure the integration is active.

My number isn't receiving calls

If your number is active but not receiving calls: 1) Make a test call from another phone. 2) Verify the AI agent is enabled for that number. 3) Check that there are no schedule restrictions configured. 4) Confirm your plan is active and current. If everything is correct, contact support to review the routing configuration.

Error acquiring a new number

If you see an error when trying to acquire a number: verify your payment method is up to date, the area code is valid, and there's availability in your zone. Some area codes have high demand and numbers sell out quickly. Try a nearby area code or contact support for assistance.

From Settings > Locations you can add new locations with their own menu configuration, hours, and phone number. Each location has its own personalized voice agent.
