Reservi provides an artificial intelligence-powered voice agent designed for restaurants. Our service includes:

Dashboard and analytics.
Integrations with point-of-sale systems and other platforms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Interfere with the operation of the service.
Attempt to access systems or data without authorization.
Resell or redistribute the service without written authorization.
Use the service to make spam or unsolicited calls.

5. Payments and Billing

Subscription plans are billed according to the selected period. Payments are non-refundable except as provided by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the service, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are the exclusive property of Reservi, LLC. No ownership rights to the service are granted to you beyond the limited license for use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reservi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of AI-generated responses.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reservi, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on our platform. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
